The Organisation is governed by a Management Committee comprising a number of volunteers from the community, non-government (NGO) sector and the local community. The role of the Management Committee (MC) is to oversee, and ultimately be responsible for the efficient, effective and accountable management of the organisation within the approved budget and in accordance with funding and legal requirements and stated objectives. Key responsibilities of the MC are to ensure a level of leadership and vision that will direct the operations and planning of the organisation and that accountability is ensured to its members, the community, stakeholders and funding bodies through compliance to ethical and legal requirements.
